Our policy is that a vehicle will be moved as quickly as possible in accordance with the customers specifications, we do not guarantee a shipping date at our least expensive pricing level. We require that the customer give us 14 days to work on the transportation of their vehicle. If after 14 days a driver has not been scheduled the customer will receive a 100% refund, this is the only refund policy in the industry that will refund the full amount of the deposit. As mentioned earlier, we are and have been working with some of our younger employees regarding communication with the customer, and are working daily to improve that aspect of our business.
At BT Auto Transport, we value all of our customers. When transporting a vehicle, we believe you should research any company you consider using. We recommend that you do not use propaganda sites where the information may come from competitors, or from companies themselves in the case of good reports.
