I had a good experience with this company. Although the pick up was a day late, the arrival was earlier than expected which in my case was good. The car was dirty upon arrival but that is to be expected on an open carrier across the country. The only thing I didn't care for was that the balance was due in COD upon delivery rather than being charged to my account as I thought it would be. By the time I figured it out it was too late to change. This could pose problems for some people without a local bank since securing apporximately $1000 isn't the easiest thing to do. When you make your resevations, be clear as to how you want to pay is my advice. The driver as well as the contact person at the dispatch were polite and well aware of what was going on when and willing to clarify without sounding put out about questions. That isn't easy to find anymore. Customer Service has gone straight downhill in this country, so I appreciate it when I see it. Over a good rating.
