Customer was Rude and not friendly when he called us.How that come he choose us as very good company like other customers they did and after delivery we became worst company for him .We did good job that he does not appreciated and he is not happy for one reason ,he wants big discount for no reason. We did what we promised . Vehicles was picked up and delivered within the promised times frame. If the actually case is the “new major dent“ why he didn't ask us to provide insurance or file a claim. It just doesn't make sense. When we call him to solve the problem he said IF WE FIND THE WAY TO GIVE HIM $300 DISCOUNT he will remove the feedback . Looks like this review is posted with one hope - to get a DISCOUNT. And he has a good experience doing that. Ridiculous!
