We used BAH to move 2 vehicles cross country. We communicated with the company mostly by text; we were most impressed by the quick responses from the company (usually within 1 minute), even after the contract was finalized, and at all hours of the day! Moved two vehicles cross country on the same carrier. They arrived in less than 48 hours for a trip that has a total drive time of 25 hours.
