That you where given a full refund to your account and also store credit. You where also advise before booking that the service provided where us looking for you a driver at a very low rate. You understood that we are Brokers and hire us to look for you a driver at a low rate. We Did not get you a driver on date you wanted so we gave you a full refund. You then cancel with us and hired another broker to used the same biding process and got pick up two weeks later because the tried the same process. Nick is upset because he paid more money to get his vehicle Moved with another company because he could no longer wait for a driver to accept the Low bid in which he tried to get moved for.As a loyal Avon customer, it is very important for me to be able to win back your trust and confidence in our service. However stop the lies, we never scammed you, You wanted low rate and could not get a driver at cost, we gave you full refund, we gave you feedback each day, Also we have been in business for over 10 years.
