They kept steady clear contact throughout the move. From the beginning they confirmed our appointment. All of Avis people were good, honest and hard working. Our stair case was not so wide. They guys tried many times to get down the ¾ inches glasses, very big heavy table and oversize couch through the stairs. Alternately they suggested for using straps to hoist from terrace. The workers then took them into truck. Avis movers were well humored. Only these problems were not able to stop or make them slow. They finished in time. They have been pretty nice with our neighbors too. They also praised the folks for being a nice and professional.
