Initial rep Jordan was very friendly and helpful and explained my options. Knowing that I really wanted to get the SUV to Texas as soon as possible, Mike the owner stepped in and was able to negotiate a faster transport for me at a great price. He explained the pros and cons of using different services so I felt like he was trying to get me the best match of service and price. We got next day pick-up and the SUV was in Houston by Monday as promised. Mike also called me to confirm that SUV had arrived and was delivered and I was also able (for an additional minor charge) to pay the costs on a credit card- very helpful since I was in California and the SUV had to go from NC to Houston. Mike is former Navy and looks out for service members (would use on a PCS move).
