I began the process on a monday morning. They quoted me a price, said they would handle it. Then I get a call from the driver saying they couldn't handle it. Dispatcher called me back said they needed twice the price. I said I would meet them half way on the price and increased it 50%. They then said we were good to go. A day later, I get a call from a different company which told me Available Logistics didn't actually have a driver for me. So I called Available Logistics and spoke with Al, who seems to have the intelligence of a mosquito and the people skills of poison ivy. He said they didnt have a driver and to get one they would need to double the price again. I politely said, nevermind please cancel my order. They said there is a 100 dollar cancellation fee that I agreed to in the contract. I said CONTRACT?? that's ridiculous because Available Logistics didn't uphold ANY part of the contract. Terrible customer service, terrible reliability, and absolutely despicable people. I take that last part back. Anthony was a decently nice guy. Al was terrible.
