I am totally disappointed by level of their service, they changed the contract price and insisted that it was clear. In my last phone conversation with the person who introduced himself as Al it was the worst I hope his manager will do something about his attitude, because he made yelling, verbal assault (cursing) , threatened me not to deliver the car and cut me several times not giving me a chance to start my speech. It was my first such experience here with any body and I hope it will be the last.

unfortunately no one wants to read the contract and understand what it is all about and that there could be extra charges.
