DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My review is the same as everyone else. They never even picked up my car. After weeks without my vehicle I started to contact other transport companies. One company pulled the order and she said she could see that it was posted to be picked up by a driver but no one would touch it because of the bad reputation of the company. These orders go on a large website/or board that all the logistics companies can see. She said there was a $2,400.00 tag on it. I told her I never authorized them to add more money to the contract. That's when I contacted Available Logistics again and demanded my refund of $175.00 so I could get someone else to pick my car up. I ended up having to fly back to PA and drive the car out myself because of how long I had to wait. I did get my $175.00 refund but it cost me way more than it should have. Airfare, rental car fee and hotel fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
