Micheal was the sales person ans duped me into a quote of 760.. said all the time that this is final quote and it wont cost me a penny more. ALso said that if price increased then he will call me before pickup to get my confirmation and if i didnot want to get car picked up at that time then I can refuse. But they called me AFTER pickup and asked for 1000$ - that made my total cost of move to 1175 - i paid 175 upfront. There was nothing i could do AFTER pickup, i had to pay 1000. I got ripped off. DONOT use this company, they are thugs, dishonest. I wish there was some way to report them to DOT and get their license suspended. IF you know of any way to report them to DOT , then please tell me.
