My story goes back a few years, but everyone should know what a horrible company this is. Luckily, I had given them my CC and was able to get the charges reversed. They are the rudest, most dishonest group of people on the planet and it is hard to imagine that they have been allowed to swindle others for so many years. They do not own their own trucks!!!! They are BROKERS!!!! and in the transportation world, drivers WILL NOT pick up these cars because they do not get paid. This was told to my by a trucker. They change names to avoid shut down, they come up with every excuse in the book as to why your car isn't being picked up, and they try to keep your money. On the back of the contract in teeny tiny lettering is a clause saying they DO NOT EVER HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR CAR AND THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY! Nobody sees this. The man who was screaming at me over the phone spouted that one out. I have written to every agency I could think of, it doesn't matter. They have been allowed to remain in business and walk the streets as free people. The BBB, the DOT, the State of NY do not care. I only hope that thses review pages are what people see first. Oh, to top it off, they had a guy call me the next month and "inform" me that my CC was being investigated. Refused to give me a name or number but stupidly gave me the office 800# as a contact. To all that have had a bad experience, email your friends and tell them to email their friends. Spread the word and save someone!!!
