Horrendous! Damaged entire trunk of our Mercedes S 500. The Guy who delivered our car told me that the damage done to the car is 100% due to the transport carrier. They obviously had not chained the cars well and one car smashed into our trunk. Our car was delivered NOVEMBER 10 and I did not get a response till Jan 25.
They then were disgusting enough to not even pay my deductible of $1000.00. They were willing to pay a measly $500.00
Yes, we received a "lovely" letter apologizing.
Whichever carrier you use (and dont bother with this one) make sure to read about insurance coverage.
