Pickup and delivery was as promised. I've used Autolog for two consecutive years and will contine to use them. I tell them when I want the car at the destination and it is there. I believe they use open carriers because the car arrives rather dirty. I would give them an overall rating of excellent if they delivered the car washed and if they could speed up the time they need between pickup and delivery.
