Have used Autolog 4 years in a row to ship my car to Florida and Have sent them 6 customers. Overall my experiences have been very positive....except this year the pickup/ dropoff location in Miami changed after I had made my reservation and I had no choice to accept it...Unfortunately, it's quite a distance from Miami airport and it's a $45.00 cab ride instead of a free 5 min ride to the airport the way it used to be. I dropped my car off in Opalocka on 3/31st and had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for a cab.....I barely made my flight. Very inconvenient and I would never do that again. I think Autolog should have reimbursed me the cab fare given that they changed terminals after I had made my reservation.
