When I spoke with Heidi, she was honest and upfront with me. I just moved and needed to have my car transported from California to Georgia. They didn't require me to pay a deposit until she called me back and gave me the pickup and delivery dates of when the driver would arrive. Later the same day, I got an email with the driver information and the times when he would be picking up my car. My car arrived in GA 5 days later, basically in the same condition as it left (except it was dirtier). The service was excellent and the process was fairly simple; I will call Heidi again to set up my next transport.
