What a mess!!

OK this was a complete mess! I spoke to Heidi at first she was really sweet which made me stupidly agree to go with this company and put in a deposit of 242$ I was assigned to another moving company. When I googled that company the reviews were terrible!! And when I spoke to Heidi she claimed they were unaware of that. How could you not simply google a company before you work with them?! They know nothing about the moving companies they assign you to! I requested another company and they changed it to D&A Trucking. I tried finding reviews for them but there was nothing online so I decided to go with them (stupid move!) my pick up was scheduled for the 24th of June a Monday I tried calling on the Friday before it to find out what time my car would be picked up only to find out the driver had no idea who I was! He hardly spoke English!! I called Heidi back to ask what time they were coming she was unbelievably rude she was basically yelling at me!! Saying I should not call D&A Trucking at all and they would handle it, very unprofessional! Well D&A Trucking came on Saturday not Monday to pick up my car the whole door to door pick up was a joke because I was told to drive up somewhere to give them my car and he was cursing during the phone call which was really rude. It didn’t end there when I did receive my car someone had driven it for 200 miles the gas was almost empty and the guy that brought it over Aziz demanded that I drive him home I paid him 20 dollars for a taxi something I did out of the goodness of my heart and he still refused to give me my keys!!! I was basically a min away from calling the cops!! My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY all they other reviews are paid to say they are good. This is one of the worst experiences I had to go through PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
