My hardship was not with the Trucking / Shipping company at all, they did an outstanding job.
My hardship is with the timelines I was provided, I was very specific about the pickup date, I was called a day earlier than expected, was not in the general area and had to make additional arrangement......this in turn created a problem on for time of delivery on the destination because it to was early. I understand wanting to take an order, but to do it without considering my request created a problem
