Very satisfied with Autoline

Due to work-related reasons, I needed to relocate from Chicago to San Diego and I needed my car transported during the holiday season. I browsed through Transportreviews.com and compared the companies using the reviews of their customers. I then quoted a few companies and finally decided to go with Autoline because their price is really good. Called and talked to Heidi over the phone and she was very helpful and patient in explaining how the process works. Placed the order online and paid the 175 deposit. Unfortunately, the first shipper's truck broke down just outside of Chicago area the night before the scheduled pickup so an alternative needs to be arranged. Although it was difficult with the holiday weekends approaching fast Heidi got it done and the car was picked up by the second shipper a few days before Christmas. Upon pickup, the second shipper asked for the remaining balance in cash (instead of payment at the delivery in the form of cash or cashier check) but he explained that he got two blown tires and few other issues on his way to Chicago and need cash to cover transporation expenses (gas, lodging, etc.). Paid the driver and waved bye-bye to my little convertible. I called the driver a couple of time during transport and obtained updates. Finally, my car was delivered a couple of days after Christmas and in time for my new employment. Overall, I am very satisfied with Autoline. In particular, I am very satisfied with their customer service (thank you Heidi and Nathan). I would recommend Autoline to anyone who needs a dependable transporter.
