This car was shipped during a very busy time, 8 days before Christmas. Autoline had a problem finding a carrier and when one was found that carrier required an additional $200 in a "take it or leave it" deal. I was contacted by Autoline and approved the additional shipping. Autoline offered to share the additional cost with me which I appreciated. Communications with the shipping company was OK. They were not the best customer service people. However, I was very pleased with the independent driver, Alex, that they assigned me and had full cell phone communication with him from 2 days prior to pickup until delivery in Southern California. The car arrived in very good condition but was extremely dirty on the outside. The carrier had driven through a severe snowstorm in the southwest and there was a lot of road grime and sand form the sanding trucks. A quick trip through the car way fixed that problem. I did not find any damage to the car's finish. There were no security problems and everything inside the car arrived intact. I would definitely use this carrier again but would be more sensitive to holidays and other special conditions that could affect the pickup date. Bob Kaminski
