On August 1st 2011 my car was picked up for a guaranteed pick-up. I was hesitant that this could actually happen. After being told by other brokers that it was impossible. Autoline transport actually delivered what they had promised. They had AMAZING customer service. Sadly this is where my fairytale ended & my nightmare begun. My move was from PA to AZ. My car was picked up on Monday & was to be delivered Friday. I wasn't arriving in town til Saturday, so the transporting company actually offered to hold onto my car an extra day. Saturday morning came & before my flight was ready to leave, I thought I would check on the location of the driver & car. Much to my surprise the driver was not at the final destination yet, he said to me "ma'am, there's been an accident, your car was totaled". Complete shock had hit. The hitch had malfunctioned & rolled on top of my car upside down still attached. What bothered me the most is that the accident happened 18 hours prior & no one called me. I spent $600.00 extra for transport to make sure my vehicle was in good hands & this is what happens. An hour sway from my home, my vehicle latex upside down on the highway for 3 hours & not a single phone call. I really did love my red dodge challenger R/T. My car was a total loss & I hope that they are checking their equipment better from now on. Thank you JT Trucking out of TN for my brand new 2011 Dodge challenger lime green R/T. Heidi hill at autoline transport, thank you so much for all of your help before & definitely after the accident. You guys went way above & beyond what needed to be done.
