Makes promises, but cannot keep!

Communication is very poor....unless YOU persistently chase them. Website very misleading! Commitment for a 7-10 day delivery service resulted in a 21 day delivery time. Asked for some reasonable discount on price as delivery time not as promised. The General Manager refused and the Claims Manager/Saftey Officer reneged on the above promised time saying that company can take up to 30-days for a delivery. Company very unrealiable, misleading, and staff are only very rude and unhelpful, but they *lie...so please be careful. Currently disputing charge and hoping for a reasonable resolution.

*Lie meaning they have no corporate office as they seem to claim they have, no president that lives in Italy as I was told, and a so-called "claims commission" who you need to submit a letter to for any type of resolution is made up of people that work for Autobahn Transportation.
