The pick up was the next day after I placed my order with them. Dispatcher Sam was more than helpul at putting my mind at ease from concerns I had with my exceptional automobile being transported away from it's home. He was 'on the job' with answers to any questions I had. Delivery of my car was within the two days as that Autobahn had promissed. The delivery driver was efficient with cell phone communications as the hour neared to delivery, he follwed my instructions perfectly and placed my car in front of it's destination on Long Island. My vehicle arrived safe and as clean as when it went into the hauling truck trailer. I am currently using them again to deliver another car to California and expect the same service.
