Both the office contact, Brian and the driver, Rick were courteous, professional and prompt. When I had inquiries or questions, Brian always responded promptly and also did an excellent job of following up. He made me feel free to contact him with any concerns which is very important when you are shipping an extremely valuable and expensive commodity. When I needed to submit updated contact telephone numbers for the driver to call upon delivery, the information was successfully delivered to the driver. My dad picked up the car and he voluntarily said to me that the driver was very nice and my dad usually never thinks anyone is nice! Two thumbs up : )
