As I was relocating for a job, and needed to move quick, I asked for a vehicle (SUV) to be picked up in Northern California on short notice, my SUV was on a truck 2 days later bound for the Northeast. Picked up Wednesday, in California, dropped off in the Boston area the following Tuesday. Very fast, was updated to driver location along the way every other day. Vehicle picked up in excellent condition, no damage whatsoever, it wasn't even dirty, maybe a bit of dirt on the bumper noticeable, but that was it. I was expecting a car covered top to bottom with dirt and even a few minor dings, barely any dirt, no dings. Amazing service, vehicle on-loading and off-loading with a smile. Driver was friendly and informative. I've used Autozipper myself for 2 cross-country moves, and they are the first referral I give to friends looking for vehicle transport. Did I mention, the odometer reading was identical a pickup and dropoff, not even a mile difference. Amazing. No-nonsense, efficient, reasonably economical with excellent customer service from end-to-end. Brian is excellent and a honest, why get another carrier for $50-100 cheaper when you can rely on these guys that your vehicle will return to you in the same condition you gave it to them, and in less than a week! Couldn't be happier with Autozipper.
