Brian at Auto Zipper is a GREATE PERSON. He updated us several times about the status of the car. We move the car from MA to TX & expected 2-3 days late, but it came out 5 days late. Anyway, the truck driver was stuck with the snow in Tennese, he also tried to make it as fast as he could. We didn't blame him. Having our car back late, but in nice shape is all we hope. So, if you don't move your car in the middle of the winter, we highly recommend Autozipper. If you do it in the Winter, expect some delay. You'll have Brian's support. All in all, Brian Cronin is a great guy. Don't know who else in their company, but having him helping you is ideal.
