We decided to ship our son's car to California ,and to choose a carrier was a tough choice. I went on line and used transportreviews.com to find a company. The decission to use Autozipper came after reading their reviews and then contacting them, Brian answered the phone,who explained the process to me,even stated the problems that could happen with transporting a vehicle. I was told that they would be using Pioneer Auto Express Corp to transport the vehicle. Was told it would take up to 24 days from pick-up to drop-off( it took 19 ) as the order was done during Labor day week-end. Was kept informed of a small delay in pick-up ( the driver called because he was stuck in traffic leaving Cape Cod ,Massachusetts ) of only 1 hour. When the vehicle reached its destination there was some minor damage to it ,which was reported to the transport company upon delivery. Brian E Mailed me as soon as he heard about and explained the claim process. The staff at both Auto Zipper and PioneerAuto are excellent to work with. Would use both companies in future. At this time both companies are working with us to repair the damage.Will let you know how it turns out.
