This was my first time like many others. I had my Saburban shipped from Tacoma Washington all the way to Washington D.C. My truck was on an open flat bed and nothing happened to it. It arrived a few days early, no damage and a $3000.00 dollar stereo system with dvd's all in tact with nothing missing. I would definetly use this company again!
