Brian was amazing. He gave me all the information and I needed, and was very assuring considering my doubts of even using auto transportation in general. I received a confirmation call the same day I scheduled the pick up and I was kept in the loop the whole entire time. The car was picked up on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. With all of the rain we have received lately and the detours, the driver still managed to get it to me early. There was absolutely no damage and the dirt came from all of the rain and it was an open not a closed shipment.
I'm glad that my first experience with something so major as entrusting a car to someone else turned out great!!!
