Having already lost $100 in a deposit with a less competent carrier, I was concerned about contracting with another company for transporting my car. I emailed and spoke with Brian @ AutoZipper and he answered all of my questions and concerns. For scheduling reasons, I was planning on setting up transport for the week after Thanksgiving and using a friend on the pickup side to watch over the loading of my car. Brian was able to find a carrier in a few days time and set up my pickup time a few days before Thanksgiving which allowed me to meet and speak with the driver. Along the way, Brian kept me informed on my car's delivery status and kept the driver informed of some delivery time limitations. The car arrived with no problems. I would highly recommend using AutoZipper in the future.
