The experinece was excellent. I had my car picked up within 2 days of placing the order; I then threw Brian a curve-ball - I was not moving to California after all and needed to have my car shipped back asap. My car arrived back in excellent condition at the end of its round trip across the country!
Brian was terrific and calmly handled everything - the carrier driver was professional and did a great job of commuicating, setting and meeting the schedule for delivery back in Florida!
