My initial contact person, Brian Cronin, was friendly, helpful and not too pushy. The driver who transported the vehicle was a little difficult to understand as his English was limited, but he was very easy to contact, and left none of the transport to guesswork. He called a few days prior to arriving and called twice on the day he was delivering our car. Nothing inside the car had been touched. We would definitely use this company again.
