Shipped two cars from FL to CA

I shipped two vehicles from FL to CA with a slight hiccup. My original planned involved having the cars sit in a storage lot for a couple days until my flight arrived. So Brian suggested having the cars picked up a little early since they had some room on a carrier, and he would store them in a storage lot until I arrived. Unfortunately this is where the hiccup occurred, the cars arrived much earlier than suspected and would have had to sit in a storage lot for more than a few days. Brian said this would be much too long of a time to have sit in storage so instead I had the cars routed to a relative in a city 2 hours away, which became a slight burden for me to change my flight to that city and then drive the cars 2 hours to my final destination. This was a little stressful at the time but once my cars were in the hands of my relative, I felt fine.

Although I had this hiccup, the cars did arrive unscathed at what I think was a reasonable price. Just be sure the agent fully relays your plan to the driver. Would I recommend this company or use them again? Yes but would make sure all details were fully understood by both driver and agent, and discuss potential "what if''s" such as my cars arriving earlier than planned.

Brian was very helpful and easy to deal with during my hiccup.
