Brian from Auto Zipper educated me from the start on the process via e-mail and phone. I called several different carriers during June who informed me that they could not guarantee the price as gas prices were skyrocketing. However, Brian guaranteed me the price. Also, Brian kept me updated from the assignment to the carrier, pickup in Los Angeles and delivery to Houston. The car was picked up on Friday 8/1 around 6 p.m. in Los Angeles, CA and arrived in Houston, TX on 8/4 around 3:00 p.m. Unbelievable service. I was very impressed and would recommend Brian and Auto Zipper to anybody who needs to ship their car. I spent several hours researching companies and this was by far the best based on their website information and performance. Thanks again to Brian.
