I was very nervous shipping a collector car. After reading many reviews of different companies on the internet, I was downright paranoid. AutoZipper appeared to have a good reputation, so I called them up. Brian was very reassuring and informative. He made me feel comfortable about his company so I went ahead and gave him the job. I was glad I did. After making all the plans for pick-up and delivery, my schedule was changed unexpectedly and I had to rearrange the transportation dates. I thought I would have to pay an additional fee, but to my surprise not only did Brian work it out for free, he also got the dates moved UP, not back. This was all with very short notice. The car was picked up and delivered precisely as promised. The car` was in the exact same shape as when it was picked up. It was an open carrier, so the car was a bit dirty, but that only gave me the excuse to tenderly wash my new baby. Thanks Brian, you made my day.
