Brian was courteous and very helpful. He answered all my questions, was able to get me a higher weight limit for putting things in my car for free. He also even offered his cell phone number in case things went wrong over the weekend. Overall, a great experience and I recommend Brian to anyone who needs to ship a car. I will definitely look him up again if I ever need to ship another car.
