The contracted carrier gave us a date but was delayed two days on the pickup. However, the original date was the specific date I asked for within the 10 day window, so the pickup was still well within the 10 day window. The delivery was very quick (team drivers), so coast to coast was 2.5 days. Cars were in good condition (althouhg dirty from road dirt, as you would expect after 3500 miles on an open carrier). I am very satisfied with the service and especially with Brian's follow-through and contact throughout the process. I would recommend Autozipper to anyone.
