I picked Auto Zipper because of great review on web. And I am completely satisfied!! I called on Thursday before Labor day weekend and pick up was scheduled for the following week. Everything was explained well and reservation was quick and simple. I think pricing ($945) is fair. You might save $50-100 picking someone else but I just felt right with Auto Zipper because the way Brian communicates. Next day, Friday, Brian told me that there was a cancellation so he can arrange a pick up on the same day!! Brian did no charge extra for covered track (my order was for open track). Brian communicates very well. He called right back when I left a message even on Labor Day. Pick up was very smooth and my car arrived in 3 days from LA, California to Cincinnati, Ohio. I felt very confortable through the process with Auto Zipper because Brian makes extra effort to communicate and facilitate communication between me and track drivers. I would certainly use them again and recommend without hesitation.
