My car was shipped from the Bay Area to Massachusetts and Brian went out of his way to meet my complicated schedule. That is, since only a few carriers were available to do the cross country route, my car was picked up a bit early and was likely to arrive in New England before I was scheduled to fly out. So Brian found a carrier that had a base in NE and they held my car until I arrived, then brought it to me when I was in town. Great service!
