This was a tricky transport in that it was over the Christmas / New Year holidays. At first I had trouble trying to have someone available to release the car and AutoStar was great in that they worked with me to reset the release date so that I could have people availabe on both ends of the pick-up and delivery. Also, when my main contact at AutoStar was not available, others were quick to fill in and were fully knowable about my transport needs. I would use again when I have a need.
