THE DELIVERY WAS LATE,BUT THE CAR CAME IN GOOD CONDITIONS.
AS A RESULT OF THE LATE DELIVERY I HAD TO INCUR THE COST OF A RENTAL CAR FOR FOUR DAYS IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 146.00 .I EXPECT A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL CAR COSTS.WILL I GET IT?

I would like to go over the facts about this transport: The vehicle was picked up on the 2nd day of the contract, not at all late. The delivery took place 8 days later. Since the average transport time from Florida to California is 7 to 11 days, it is safe to say the delivery was well within the norm, and well within the timeframe the customer was given at the time of booking. I do not understand how Mr. Alex Lenci, who, by the way, is NOT the person that entered the contract with us, expected the car 4 days before the actual delivery date. That would have been 4 days on a 2,660 mile trip, roughly 665 miles a day. To do this, a carrier would have to drive 11 hours per day, non-stop. FMCSA regulations permit only for a 10 hour day per driver. I am not sure who Mr.Lenci is or why he chose to depict us in such a negative manner, when the service rendered in this order was flawless and second-to-none. When it comes to rental expenses, the policy is clearly outlined on ITEM #2 of our terms and conditions. We strive to please every customer but unfortunately this is not always possible.
