This was my first time transporting a car and I was nervous about using a broker company that used hundreds of different transport companies because quality can very so greatly. However, the overall the experience was good. After I requested a quote Mary was able to arrange a spot on a truck prior to me signing the contract. This assured me of a pick up time and delivery time which was very helpful. The only issue was when the transport company called they expected to pick my car up a day earlier then expected. I am not sure if this was the fault of the transport company or AutoStar but luckily we were flexible enough to accommodate the early pick up so it worked out fine.
