First and foremost, I want to make it clear that this is a review for Autostar the brokerage company. Autostar only got me in contact with the actual shipping company (Safe Way Auto Transport) and will not actually ship your car.
The representative who assisted me was very kind and helpful. I wasn't in town to coordinate the pick up of the car and had requested that the transporter have the flexibility to meet at certain times for both pick up and delivery. The representative apparently vetted several transport companies before fixing me up with Safe Way Auto (please see my review on them).
I appreciate the fact that the Autostar broker took the time to look into the transporter to ensure that the transporter wouldn't do a poor job and in the end I got my car in dirty but otherwise perfect condition.
My only issue was that my scheduling concerns were never passed on to the actual driver of the transport company. My requests very well could have been conveyed by Autostar to Safe Way's office and Safe Way's office never passed it on to the driver but luckily the driver was able to accommodate after some initial push back.
All in all, a very good experience.
