I waited for nearly a month with another company before I called and spoke to Damian. He was very insightful regarding the auto transport business which the other company was not and didn't even want to explain anything except "It's not like ordering a pizza." I explain to Damian my experience up till then and within 3 hours he had a pick up time for me. Now that is what I call service. 'Just like ordering that pizza.' Ha! I planned to wait more than a week, knowing how far they needed to travel with other cars being dropped off and picked up along the way but to my wonderous surprise my car was delivered only 4 days later. By the way, approximately two weeks after the delivery of my car surprise surprise the other company called. The drivers were extremely friendly and professional. I wish I could give more stars to this company and especially to Damian, who will thoroughly explain all the details and answer all your questions and concerns. It has was a pleasure doing business with Autostar Transport & Logistics.
