This was my first experience transporting a car and I feel the time I spent researching the different companies really paid off. I finally chose Auto Star because of their high ratings, and because their agent, Mark Lajti, was very professional and genuinely concerned about my comfort and satisfaction with the entire process. Mark was very upfront about how the broker / carrier process works and explained fully how the fees were distributed and collected. The transport driver turned out to be a very cool guy and I was elated when my 1991 Corvette ZR1 rolled off the truck in perfect condition. Clearly, Auto Star makes every effort to find quality carriers who will communicate clearly and perform exceptionally. You probably can spend less but if you care about your car and your peace of mind I highly recommend Auto Star.
