I want to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this carrier's delay.
We can only relate the information to our customers as it is given to us by the driver. Delays are more than common in this industry (there are many reasons a pickup could be delayed- traffic, weather, mechanical malfunctions etc) and it is very difficult to guarantee an exact pickup date.
We strive to meet everyone's expectations, but unfortunately some issues are just inevitable.
We are glad to know that the transport did take place within the contract's terms and that your vehicle reached the destination in perfect condition.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and we will be happy to make it up to you if you would choose to give us another chance.
