Tammy Yugin, Shipping Coordinator for Autostar Transport was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all stages of this process. My garage kept 1994 Buick Park Ave. was shipped from Norfolk, Va. to (Imperial Beach) San Diego, Ca. in 11 days. It arrived in the exact condition as it was sent. The actual carrier was Carriage Auto Carrier and they were able to come to my driveway and pick it up. They delivered it to the exact address. This is my first experience with shipping a car and I am very impressed with how these drivers can munevver around a neighborhood and pull up to your front door.
I had conversations with at least 20 other carriers and no one else would give me an exact quote. Tammy gave me a price of $950.00 and stuck to the bargain. In my opinion, this was very fair, considering this car was going 2950 miles.
I doubt that I will ever need another car shipped, but if I do, I will call Autostar Transport First and save myself a lot of aggravation.
