Tania Maitra of AutoStar was the best person to work with. I contacted many other companies and felt uncomfortable with all of them. Half of them didn't call back and the other half gave me unrealistic expectations. Tania fully disclosed what to expect and worked hard to secure a carrier. I hired AutoStar in the beginning of Feb. to deliver my car from the east to the west; and unfortunately, the winter storms across the country prevented carriers from doing so until the spring. Tania diligently worked with the carriers and was able to get one charging a reasonable price and the car got here pretty fast once the weather changed. What I liked most about Tania was that she always kept me in the loop. She regularly updated me and effectively communicated all aspects of the transport services. In summary, she was always friendly, honest and an effective communicator. I'd happily recommend using AutoStar to anyone who needs this type of service.
