We were very happy with Autostar they used both E-mail and phone to keep in communication with us while we were traveling. Everything happened without any problems.
Carrier Car was very dirty on the outside, made it difficult to evaluate for any minor damage. Transporting in the winter on an open carrier probably makes this the norm. No damage was found after washing. There was a hand print on the inside of the driver side door on the fabric, probably from the truck driver getting in or out for loading and unloading. The hand print clean up with some fabric cleaner. Overall very happy, it would have cost much more to drive the car back home to NY even adding in the air fare.
