Overall, my expierence was pretty good. It was a little stressfull during the 2 weeks prior to my leaving because I could not get an accurate date or confirmation that the driver would be able to pick up my vehicle by the time I would have to leave NY. My contact person with Auto Star was Mary. She was great and was also very patient with me. She was able to pull a miracle the day before I was scheduled to leave....which made me very happy. My car was picked up and delivered to Miami about in about 4 days....in perfect condition. :)
